Ranch Chicken & Vegetable Wraps
Serve with baked chips if desired.

Servings: 4

• 2 cups coarsely chopped smoked turkey breast (about 8 ounces) (we used Boars Head Mesquite Wood Smoked Roasted Turkey Breast)
• 2 cups gourmet salad greens
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels (about 1 ear)
• 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
• 3 tablespoons light ranch dressing
• 4 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas (we used Mission Carb Balance)

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well to coat. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Top each tortilla with 1 cup turkey mixture; roll up. Cut each wrap in half diagonally.

Per Serving (1 wrap): 264 Calories; 7g Fat (23.4% calories from fat); 1g Saturated Fat; 30g Protein; 21g Carbohydrate; 12g Dietary Fiber; 55mg Cholesterol; 1243mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Grain(Starch); 1/2 Vegetable.
