Honey Lime Chicken Sandwiches
Serve with baked chips if desired.

Servings: 4

• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper or lemon pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

4 slices sweet onion
4 slices tomato
4 leaves lettuce
4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Mix first seven ingredients. Add chicken breasts, turning to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature no longer than 30 minutes, turning once.

Discard marinade. Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes (turning once), or until cooked through.

Dress burgers with sweet onion, lettuce and tomato.
