Grilled Turkey and Ham Sandwich
Serve with baked chips if desired.

Servings: 4

2 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise (we used Hellman's)
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
8 slices sourdough bread (we used Natures Own - 50 calories per slice)
4 - 1 ounce slices deli, deli turkey breast (we used Boars Head Mesquite WoodSmoked Roasted Turkey Breast)
4 - 1 ounce slices deli, lower-salt ham ( we used Boars Head Black Forest Ham 25% Less Sodium)
4 - 1/2 ounce slices reduced-fat monteray jack or cheddar cheese
8 - 1/4 inch thick slices tomato
4 leaves lettuce
Cooking spray

Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Spread about 1 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture over each side of each of bread.

Top each slice with 1 turkey slice, 1 ham slice, 1 cheese slice, and 2 tomato slices and lettuce. Top with remaining bread slices.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add sandwiches to pan; cook 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn sandwiches over; cook 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
