Gourmet Green Onion Turkey Burgers
Serve with desired low fat toppings

Servings: 6

1.25 pounds lean 93/7 ground turkey
2 small green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons white wine-and-herb chicken marinade
  (we used Lea & Perrins)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted

Gently combine first 5 ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 (4-inch) patties.

Heat a cast-iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties in pan 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done. Or grill on outdoor grill. Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings.
