Garden Chicken Wraps
Serve with baked chips if desired.

Servings: 4

• 1/2 cup light ranch dressing
• 4 - 8 inch whole wheat flour tortillas (we used Mission Low Carb Balance)
• 4 large lettuce leaves
• 3 Roma tomatoes, cut into thin slices
• 8 ounces thinly sliced deli smoked chicken breast (we used Boars Head Hickory Smoked)
• 1 medium cucumber, cut lengthwise into thin slices
• 1/2 cup shredded carrot

Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over each tortilla. Layer with the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, cucumber and carrot. Roll up tightly. Yield: 4 servings.
