Deli Turkey Sandwich
Spicy and bursting with flavor.

Servings: 2

• 2 tablespoon plain low-fat yogurt
• 4 teaspoons horseradish mustard
• 4 slices multigrain bread, toasted
• 2 Lettuce leaves
• 6 ounces sliced cooked fat-free turkey breast
• 4 slices tomato
• 2 thin slice of sweet yellow pepper
• 2 thin slices of vidalia sweet onion

Toast bread. Stir together the yogurt and mustard. Spread onto the 4 bread slices. Top with lettuce, turkey, tomato, sweet pepper, and onion.
