Summertime Fruit Salad
This salad filled with fresh summer fruit is light and luscious.

Servings: 8

• 2 cups green seedless grapes
• 2 cups sliced strawberries
• 2 cups sliced pineapple
• 1 cup sliced nectarines
• 1 cup orange segments
• 1 cup sliced fresh plums
• 1/2 cup orange liqueur
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 tablespoons sugar (optional depending on the sweetness of the fruit)

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.

You can use any combination of fresh summer fruit: blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, oranges, pineapple, kiwi, peaches, apricots, nectarines, plums and green and red seedless grapes.
