Spinach Avocado Salad
Serve with grilled meat or chicken

Servings: 8

• 2 - 10 ounce fresh spinach, torn
• 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
• 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
• 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
• 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
• 2/3 cup fat free red wine vinaigrette

In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, tomato, onion, avocado and almonds. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
