Honey-Lime Dressing

1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chicken broth
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro (or more to taste)
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon chopped fresh jalapeño pepper (or less if you don't like spicy)
