Serve on a bed of lettuce

Servings: 4

• 2 - 6 ounce cans white albacore tuna in water, drained
• 1 - 2 1/2 ounce can sliced black olives, drained and rinsed
• 1 - 4 ounce can diced mild green chilies, drained
• 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
• 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
• 3 green onions, sliced
• 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
• 1 small diced fresh tomato

Dressing:
• 3 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise (we used Hellmann's®)
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• Tabasco sauce, to taste

Mix salad ingredients together.

Mix dressing ingredients together. Stir dressing into salad and toss.
