with Creamy Chive Dressing
A beautiful looking salad that goes great with any entree.
For dressing:

For salad:

cups hearts of romaine, torn into bite-size pieces

cup raddichio trimmed and torn into bite-size pieces

cup loosely packed arugula
Make dressing:
Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
Make salad:
Toss together all salad ingredients with dressing in bowl.
