Mandarin Orange Slaw
An easy slaw that is pretty and citrus accented.

Servings: 4 - 3/4 cup servings

• 1/4 cup light coleslaw dressing
• 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 3 cups purchased coleslaw blend
• 1 - 11 ounce can mandarin orange segments, drained

Combine dressing and orange juice concentrate in a large bowl and blend. Add coleslaw blend and orange segment and toss gently to mix. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until time to serve.
