Excellent served with grilled pork or ham.

Servings: 8

2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
2 medium apples or pears, cored and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
2 kiwi fruits, peeled, halved and sliced
1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise (we used Hellmann's®)
1/3 cup low-fat lemon yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped

In a large bowl, toss together pineapple, apples or pears, celery, grapes and kiwi. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, yogurt and honey. Fold gently into pineapple mixture.

Cover and chill for up to 6 hours. Just before serving, stir in toasted walnuts.
