Italian Pasta Salad
Use this creamy Italian dressing on other salads too!

Servings: 6

Dressing:
• 1 cup fat-free salad dressing (not mayonnaise)
• 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Salad:
• 2 cups (5 oz.) pasta (rotini or bow tie pasta) cooked and drained
• 1 cup sliced cucumber
• 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
• 1 cup green pepper strips
• 3/4 cup of above dressing

Dressing:
Mix dressing ingredients and place in airtight container to let flavors mix for several hours. This dressing will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Salad:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, adding 3/4 cup of the dressing and reserving the remainder for those that like more.
