Hearts of Palm Salad
Tropically exotic and quick and easy

Servings: 6

• 4 cups mixed baby salad greens
• 15 ounce can hearts of palm, drained and cut int 1/2 inch pieces
• 1/2 large red bell pepper
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 8 small sliced pickled canned beets, cut in half
• 3/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled (fat free is also available)
• 2 small green onions, chopped
• 1/2 cup fat-free bottled Balsamic salad dressing

Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl and toss to mix. Add ½ cup dressing and toss again to coat.
