4 cups mixed baby salad greens
15 ounce can hearts of palm, drained and cut int 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 large red bell pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
8 small sliced pickled canned beets, cut in half
3/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled (fat free is also
2 small green onions, chopped
1/2 cup fat-free bottled Balsamic salad dressing
Combine all ingredients
except dressing in large bowl and toss to mix. Add ½ cup dressing
and toss again to coat.
