Dilly Chicken Salad
A light salad perfect for a quick lunch.

Servings: 4 - 1/2 cup servings

• 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt *
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
• 1 cup cooked cubed white chicken meat
• 1 cup sliced celery
• 1/4 cup golden raisins
• Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

In a large bowl, combine yogurt and dill. Mix well. Add chicken, celery and raisins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of lettuce

*If you like a extra creamy consistency, use yogurt cheese.
