Serve as a salad or on a sandwich roll.

Servings: 4

• 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and devined
• 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise (we use Hellmann's®)
• 1/3 cup diced celery
• 1/4 cup finely diced sweet onion
• 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce•

Cut shrimp in half if they are large. Combine with remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Serve on bed of lettuce or in your favorite sandwich roll.
