Creamy Imitation Crab Salad
Serve with toasted crostini.

Servings: 3

• 1 1/4 cups immitation crabmeat (surimi)
• 1 cup thin sliced celery
• 1/3 cup light Miracle Whip® (may use fat free)
• 1 tablespoon minced green onions
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Fresh ground black pepper

Combine crab meat And celery in a bowl. Mix miracle whip and onion and salt and pepper together.

Pour over crab meat. Toss together and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
