Creamy Coleslaw
Perfect for any backyard barbeque

Servings: 8

• 1 large head green cabbage
• 2 large carrots
• 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise (we used Hellmann's®)
• 1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
• 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet hybrid onion, like Vidalia (Optional)
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons sugar (can substitute Splenda if desired)

Shred cabbage and carrots into a bowl.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar in a separate bowl; blending well. Pour over shredded vegetables and stir to coat. Chill.

More or less amounts of dressing may be used for personal preference, but always use equal amounts of vinegar and sugar.
