Carrot Yogurt Salad
Wonderful served with grilled pork loin.
cups coarsely grated carrot
1/2 cups coarsely grated apple
sugar (or honey)
4 teaspoon lemon juice (depending sweetness desired)
Mix all ingredients
together and serve immediately. Color turns after one hour.
