Cabbage Apple Slaw
Cinnamon and walnuts add a new twist.

Servings: 4

• 2 cups shredded cabbage
• 1 cup chopped apple
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
• 2 tablespoons golden raisins
• 2 tablespoons apple juice
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

Combine cabbage, apple, celery, walnuts and raisins.

Combine apple juice, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Pour mixture over cabbage mixture and toss. Chill.
