Full of summer flavor and great with grilled entrees.

Servings: 8 (one cup servings)

• 4 cups small broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
• 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 3/4 cup golden raisins *
• 1/4 cup salted sunflower seed kernels
• 1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise (we used Hellman's)
• 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
• 3 tablespoons sugar (Splenda can be used)
• 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, and toss well. Chill for 1 hour.

* Can also used dried cherries or cranberries.
