Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
An easy broccoli and cauliflower salad, low in fat, calories and carbohydrates.

Servings: 8

• 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, in bite size chunks
• 2 cups cauliflower, chopped into bite size chunks
• 1 red onion, sliced in very thin rings
• 1/2 cup zesty fat-free Italian dressing
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, onions and dressing. Toss, cover and refrigerate. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds before serving.

COOKS NOTE: This is best if made at least 5 to 6 hours and refrigerated before serving. Flavors then get a chance to mix.
