Bing Cherry Salad
Wonderful for Holiday Meals

Servings: 18

• 1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
• 2 - 3 oz. packages cherry Jell-O®
• 1 large can bing cherries (reserve liquid)
• 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (reserve liquid)
• 2 - 3 oz. packages fat-free cream cheese
• 16 ounces Cola

Drain cherries and pineapple; save juice. Bring juice to a boil. Dissolve Jell-O® in juice. Cool to room temperature. Add fruit and nuts. Break cheese into chunks and add to cooled gelatin mixture. Add cola and stir, then chill until firm.
