Berry and Fruit Salad
Excellent summer salad.

Servings: 8

• 3 cups 1/2-inch cubes watermelon
• 1 cup diced hulled strawberries
• 1 cup raspberries
• 1 cup blueberries
• 3 tablespoons sugar or less if desired
• 1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh mint

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Let stand at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
