Asian Red Cabbage Salad
Serve with your favorite grilled entree.

Servings: 10

• 1 head red cabbage, shredded
• 3/4 cup coursely chopped pecans (cut in half)
• 3 scallions, chopped including the green part

• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/4 cup soy sauce

Mix the dressing in advance.

Mix together cabbage, pecans and scallions.

Shake dressing well and pour over the cabbage mixture.

Mix well to coat and serve immediately or else the pecans will start to soften.
