Apple Salad
Excellent served with grilled meat or poultry .

Servings: 5

2 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and chopped2 red Delicious apples - peeled, cored and chopped
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
1/4 cup toasted pecans
8 ounces fat-free yogurt
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Combine all in a medium bowl and mix well and chill until serving time.

* Can also leave out flavoring and use vanilla yogurt.
