Apple Carrot Salad
A refreshing change of ingredients for an old favorite

Servings: 4

• 2 small apple, cored and chopped
• 2 medium carrots, shredded
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 cup raisins

Core and chop apples and shred peeled carrots. Place in bowl and add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and raisins. Mix together and chill for 20 minutes. Serve on a bed of salad greens.
