Amaretto Strawberries
You can use just about any cookie.

Servings: 6


6 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons amaretto (almond-flavored liqueur)
6 low fat cookies, crushed (can use amaretto cookies, honey grahams or vanilla wafers)
6 tablespoons fat free Greek vanilla yogurt

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill 4 to 8 hours. Spoon into individual dessert dishes.

Sprinkle with crushed cookies; top with yogurt.
