Combine soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of the seasme oil, 1/4 teaspoon of the sugar, and the wasabi powder. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of fish with soy mixture. Preheat grill. Place
fish on the grill rack directly over medium heat or medium coals. Tuck
under any thin edges so they do not overcook and dry out. Cover and grill
for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish just flakes easily when tested with
