Garlicy Basil Chicken
• 1 cup fresh basil leaves Pulse basil, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor until roughly chopped. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about 1/2 inch thick). Rub mixture all over chicken. Grill chicken on inside or outside grill until juices run clear. Transfer chicken to a platter, tent with foil, and let rest 5 minutes.
