Pineapple Pudding
Serve with light whipped topping if desired.

Servings: 6

• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 (19 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice (not drained)
• 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

In a mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and undrained pineapple.
Whisk in yogurt.

Spoon into serving dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
