Lime Sorbet
So refreshing!

Servings: 6 - 1/2 cup servings

• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 - 14 ounce can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup fresh or bottled Key lime juice

Bring sugar and water to a boil in medium saucepan. Stir until all sugar dissolves. Mix in fat free sweetened condensed milk. Add lime juice. Transfer mixture to medium bowl. Set bowl over large bowl filled with ice and water. Stir often until lime mixture cools. (about 1/2 hour)

Place cooled lime mixture in ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions. Place sorbet in medium freezer container, cover, and freeze until firm. Serve within 2 days.
