Frozen Yogurt
Extra special - and all you need is an icecream maker!

Servings: 6

• 1 cup pureed fruit (your choice - peaches, cherries, strawberries, etc.)
• 1 (8 ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt
• 1/3 cup sugar (or you may use equivalent of sugar substitute)*

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Chill mixture (about 1-2 hours).


Pour chilled mixture into your ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

* The amount of sweetener depends on the sweetness of your fruit. Taste before freezing.

Per Serving (based on using peaches): 114 Calories; trace Fat (1.0% calories from fat); trace Saturated Fat; 4g Protein; 26g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 44mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Fruit; 1/2 Non-Fat Milk; 1 Other Carbohydrates.
