Easy Frozen Strawberry Yogurt

A quick summertime treat.

Servings: 4 - 3/4 cup servings

1 16-ounce package frozen unsweetened strawberries, (about 3 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup sugar, fine granulated
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Combine strawberries and sugar in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a measuring cup; with the machine on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the workbowl once or twice. Serve immediately.
