Creamy Banana Sorbet
You will swear it is ice cream!

Serves 4

• 4 ripe bananas, frozen
• 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
• 4 tablespoons honey

Peel the banana and cut into chunks about 1-inch long. Put the banana, lime juice and honey in a food processor and process by pulsing until it is pureed but still a little chunky. Spoon into a serving dish and serve.

COOK'S NOTE: Extremely decadant; just add some chopped nuts and a dash of chocolate syrup on top.
