Chocolate Fondue
Fantastic with Fresh Fruit!

Makes about 3 cups - 24 servings of 2 Tablespoons Each

• 1 - 16 ounce can chocolate-flavored syrup
• 1 - 14 ounce can fat free sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
• Pinch salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• Chunks of fresh fruit (pineapple, strawberries, apples, grapes, etc)

In heavy saucepan, combine chocolate syrup, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Over medium-low heat, cook and stir 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly thickened. (Mixture thickens as it cools)

Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm with fruit chunks. Store any leftover fondue in a convered container in refrigerator.
