Clean and hull the strawberries and cut in half lengthwise. Place them on a plate.
With a mixer, blend the cream cheese with the vanilla and splenda.
Pipe cream cheese or use a small spoon and put little dollops of the cream cheese in the center cavity of the strawberries. Chill until ready to serve. Pretty if nested in sprigs of mint leaves.
