Apple Crisp
Cinnamon and apples in this old fashioned dessert!

Makes: 4 - 1 cup servings

• 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
• 1/4 cup apple juice
• 2 tablespoons "measures like sugar" brown sugar calorie-free sweetner, divided
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 cup regular oats, uncooked
• 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
• 2 tablespoons margarine

Preheat oven to 375°.

Combine apple, apple juice, 1 tablespoon sweetner, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg; tosslightly to coat apple. Place in an 8 inch square baking dish.

Combine oats, nut remaining 1 tablespoon sweetner, and margarine; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until apple is tender and topping is lightly browned. Serve warm.
