2 cups bread
flour (do not sift)
Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast in mixing bowl. Add water and oil and mix well. Knead dough for eight to ten minutes until smooth and elastic. Spray bowl with olive oil cooking spray and place dough in bowl and turn to coat all sides of dough. Cover and allow to rise in warm place until doubled in bulk - 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Dough should be smooth and puffy. Punch down down. Roll into a twelve inch circle on floured surface. Spray 12 inch pizza pan with olive oil cooking spray and lightly dust with cornmeal. Place dough on prepared pan. Pinch dough around edge of circle, forming rim that rises above center of dough. Let rise for 20 minutes. Top pizza dough with desired toppings. Bake according to recipe time or until bottom of pizza crust is golden.
