A lovely combination of two of my favorite fruits.

Servings: 3 - 1 cup servings

1 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons white sugar
6 ice cubes

Blend the strawberries, milk, pineapple juice, vanilla yogurt, sugar, and ice in a blender until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender several times. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Per Serving (1 cup): 192 Calories; 2g Fat (10.1% calories from fat); 1g Saturated Fat; 5g Protein; 41g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 9mg Cholesterol; 60mg Sodium. Exchanges: 2 Fruit; 1/2 Non-Fat Milk; 1/2 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates.
