Raspberry Strawberry Smoothie
Other combinations of berries may be used.

Servings: 2

• 1 cup of strawberries
• 1 cup of raspberries
• 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
• 1 cup of low - fat natural yogurt
5 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
