Pear Yogurt Shake
What a tasty way to get your calcium.

Servings: 2

• 1 - 16 ounce can pears in juice, chilled
• 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
• 1 banana, peeled
• 3 ice cubes, crushed
• 2 tablespoons honey
• Dash ground nutmeg

Combine pears with juice, yogurt, banana, ice and honey in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Pour shake into chilled glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately.
