Cafe Latte
Very decadent - low in fat but NOT low in calories!

Servings: 4 servings

• 2 tablespoons instant coffee
• 3/4 cup warm water
• 1 - 14 ounce can fat- free sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 cups ice cubes

Dissolve coffee in water in blender container. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; blend well. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Serve immediately. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
