Banana Pineapple Smoothie
Delicious blend of tropical fruit.

Servings: 2

• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
• 3/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
• 1 tablespoon sugar (may use Splenda)
• 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
• 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut in chunks

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
