Combine turkey, eggs, Parmesan cheese, minced parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Form scant 1/4 cupfuls of the turkey mixture into approximately 30 meatballs. Slightly flatten each meatball into 2 inch patties.
Broil in broiler, grill in a George Foreman grill or on a gas grill 4 to 8 minutes until no longer pink inside.
Serve with toppings: Roma tomatoes, pickle slices, grilled onions, lettuce leaves, mustard, barbecue sauce, ketchup or low fat mayonnaise.
