Sweet and Sour Plum Sauce
Great for Dipping Satay or Chicken Tenders

Servings: 20
Yield: 1 1/4 cups

• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1 cup plum jam
• 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until smooth and bubbly. Serve warm.
