Lemon Fruit Dip
Serve with assorted fresh fruit for dipping.

Serves: 12

1 cup cold nonfat milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant sugar free lemon pudding mix
1 cup (8 ounces) low fat sour cream *

In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand
for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Whisk in sour cream. Chill until
serving. Serve with fruit. Yield: 1-2/3 cups.

COOK'S NOTE: Have also tried this with fat free Greek yogurt and it tastes great too. Fat free sour cream also works.
