Ham Spread
Serve with low fat crackers.

Serves 12

1 1/2 pounds cooked ham, chopped
3/4 cup low fat mayonnaise, more if needed (we used Hellmann's®)
1/3 cup dried minced onion
1/3 cup dill pickle relish
1/4 cup brown mustard

Process the ham in a food processor until finely chopped but not pasty,
about 6 or 7 pulses. Do this in batches if needed.

Place the finely chopped ham in a large bowl.

Add the mayonnaise, onions, relish, and mustard to the chopped ham. Mix
well. If the mixture is too dry, add more mayonnaise. Refrigerate until
serving time. Add more mayonnaise before serving if needed.

COOKS NOTE: Can also use sweet relish if desired.
