1 - 8 ounce
package fat-free cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup chopped green onions (both white bottom and green tops)
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces thin sliced deli roast beef
2 - 10 inch flour tortillas or flavored wraps
Combine cream cheese,
green onions, chopped parsley, horseradish, salt and garlic powder.
Place tortillas on work surface and spread half of cheese over each one.
Top each with half of the roast beef slices, leaving a 1/2 inch border
around edges. (The border allows to to seal each roll. Roll up, wrap tightly
in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm (at least 40 minutes). Cut
diagonally into 1/2 inch spiral slices and serve.
